Overview
Toyo Tires trusts us to manage the sourcing and fulfillment of over 1,700 individual SKUs of branded merchandise and dealer literature while also providing kitting services when requested.
Scope
Manage inventory and fulfill orders for Toyo Tires’ dealer programs. This includes but is not limited to; creating and maintaining a custom webstore, quality control, vendor management, and fulfillment for their custom branded merchandise, literature, and dealer use products.
Kitting services with historically between twenty and several hundred units per quarter.
Results
Our partnership with Toyo Tires has resulted in 30,000+ orders fulfilled to date with a less than .025% lifetime error rate.
